احضرت والدتي بلقيس محمد 480028060 لسحب دم منها المختبر والموظفة بالمختبر يوم الاربعاء صباحاً سحبت منها 4 اقراش دم ولم ينهوا العمل ويرسلو الدك وعندما حضرت والدتي للنتيجة اكتشفو الخطأ ولم يعتذر منها أحد |

This regarding the patient complaint received through the health center's complaint box. The patient claims to have arrived at the lab department last week and blood samples were drawn from her , upon visiting the doctor for the report she was informed that your lab request has not been collected The patient came to the lab and inquired the staff and claimed that she collected blood samples from her, the staff explained her that she did not collect venous samples but only finger prick since she was not fasting , and told her to come back the next day for the collection. There was misunderstanding between the two which led to a heated argument. It was explained to the patient (today on phone call with her daughter) that samples were not drawn and you were asked to come back later. The staff was also directly inquired and she mentioned that if there's been a mistake she would have informed the department at the same time. It has been emphasized to double check the requests and explain the patients clearly to avoid such issues in the future. (attaching the copy of the complaint form , for reference) |
