السلام عليكم تم التواصل مع صاحب الشكوى وتبين بأنه لم يتم تحديث بيانات البطاقة السكانية فلذا تم التواصل معه وتحديث البطاقة السكانية في برنامج الآي صحه ويستطيع الآن حجز المواعيد وتم ابلاغه بذلك مع تحياتي |
