Case Description |
I was sick with flu and bad cough which caused sever headeche I went early morning at around 1 am to Engineer Health Center at Isa Town with above symptoms but the triage staff given level 5 which the cleck told me no appointment will he given to me I should come when morning shift comes for appointment but I refusedand went back to triage room he said my parameters are normal and he follow the system and the monitor but i was looking unwell and having bad cough he could see that and I did told him he should see and treat the patient not the monitor. my temperature was 37.2 i know it is normal but I told him it came down because prior to coming I took Panadol tablet.Is this correct traiging ? I went there because my cough was irritating me and not able to sleep why I go in such time if i could wait till morning plus to tell you the center was almost empty and was running smoothly i could see that when i was there. then what is the point from 24 hours to open the health center. |

فور وصول الشكوى تم النظر في الأمر ثم الاتصال بمقدمة الشكوى , و سماع التفاصيل و شرح نظام الرعاية العاجلة . حضرة المراجعة للمركز يوم الأثنين في الساعه 1 صباحا و تم تسجيل المراجعة على غرف التصنيف تبع نظام الرعاية العاجلة وفي قسم التصنيف تم اخد وتسجيل كافة المعلومات الاساسيه مثل شكوى المريض و حالته و تسجيل العلامات الحيويه (درجة الحرارة 37.2 C و الضغط 80/136 و نسبة الاوكسجين 97%) و حسب ضوابط نظام التصنيف تم تصنيف المراجعة بالمستوى الخامس (حالة مستقرة) و توجيه المراجعة الى قسم التسجيل. و في الختام الحديث مع مقدمة الشكوى ابدى تفهمها و شكرة حسن التواصل و سرعة الأستجابة. |
