Case Description |
I had noticed that i dont have family doctor on the app sehati , so i went to my health center “Jidhafs” and filled the form to add a doctor so i can select and book appointment, however still the system not updated by them( center staff) “ the application i submitted not entered” .Its now over a month and still cant book any appointment through the application sehati . قمنا بإضافة طبيب العائلة لصاحبة الشكوى في النظامين معاً (ISEHA) ومن ثم ربطه بالـ (WEB) والتواصل مع المريضة والتاكد من إمكانيتها من التسجيل عبر تطبيق صحتي، وقد ردت بأنها الأن يمكنها االحجز عن طريق التطبيق |
