Case Description |
I'm booking my hospital appointments through Sehati App, but when I go to the hospital reception I'm told that since I'm not a Bahraini I can't book from the App and should do it at the hospital. Why is the Sehati App booking my appointments, showing full details of the appointment like time and Doctor name if it isn't acceptable. In recent two appointments I've to face this embarrassment of be told 'not allowed' at Jidhaf Health Center. Kindly tell me the actual rule and fix the Sehati App if it isn't allowed.

تم التواصل مع صاحبة الشكوى ، وقمنا بتوضيح الأمر لها في حالة حجز المواعيد غبر تطبيق صحتي، كما تم اخبارها بأنه قد تم رفع الموضوع للجهات المعنية، لمعالجة الخلل في حجز المواعيد لغير البحرينين.
