Hi Team, I recently updated my address in my CPR, and the CPR certificate now reflects the correct address. However, the Sehati health app still shows the old health center based on my previous address. Previously, my address was in Block 342 – Umm Al Hassam, which was linked to Sheikh Sabah Health Center. My new address is in Block 319, which should be linked to Al Hoora Health Center. I checked with the Hoora Health Center, and they advised me to contact the IGA regarding this issue. Could you please assist in updating my address in the Sehati app so that it reflects the correct health center. |

on 11/6/2025: We contact to the client and inform him to come tomorrow with his CPR and his wife CPR to solve the problem because today our system is not work. on 12/6/2025: He came and solve his problem for he and his son,but his wife has temporary number with other appointments in SMC, so we cannot merge her CPR with that number and inform him that if she want appointment cannot by Sehati application, she have to come direct to health center. after she finish all appointment in SMC we can merge her CPR with her temporary number.
