Good day,
Best solution other than surgery for severe pain.

Did pyshiotherapy and acupunture , dry needling and cupping wet and dry.

Used medication.

Still pain exists.

Flat foot both feets (severe pes planus).

Back pain disc l4 and l5 + spondolysis l5
