For my last 2 pregnancies I did home pregnancy test 1st day after missed period and it was positive, unfortunately 2nd pregnancy was unsuccessful. I had miscarriage at 7th week of pregnancy and this happened in december 2023, since then my periods are regular. In december in vaginal ultrasound my right tube showed mild water blockage. This month again I tried to concieve, today i.e., 1st day after my missed period I did home pregnancy test and it turned out negative😔. Should I go for another ultrasound to check the condition of my tubes!!
