<p>I went to Ibn e Sina hospital at 10 for a regular checkup and the reception told to come at 3 for appointment. I asked her if it can be urgent because I wanted a sick leave from work. I came late cause I thought she didn’t book my appointment at 3, so I came at 4 and she told me i came late and that the booking os cancelled and I have to come tomorrow because no appointment is left. Im super disappointed by the service and the fact that no urgency is shown when booking appointment for people</p> <p> </p>

<p>تم التواصل مع المريضه و شرح آليه اخذ المواعيد المتاحه بالمركز و اتضح ان المريضه حضرت الى المركز الساعه العاشرة صباحا و تم اعطاءها موعد الساعه 3:20 عصرا الا ان المريضه لم تتمكن من حضورها على الموعد لظروف ما </p> <p>و عندما حضرت على الساعه 4 عصرا لم تتمكن من حصولها على الاجازة المرضيه بسبب تغيبها عن الموعد المحدد لها </p> <p>و في هذه الاثناء لم تكن المواعيد متاحه بسبب نقص في عدد الاطباءو عدم توفر الا طبيبين لمعالجة المرضى </p> <p>و هذا لا يعتبر شكوى على المركز الصحي او على موظف قسم السجلات لان تم اعطاء المريض حقها في المواعيد ولكنها تخلفت عن ذلك .</p> <p> </p>
