Hello Dr
My son had a necrotising entrocolities done in SMC after birth and he was discharged , later on close colostomy. After that so far there is no issue noticed and now he is studing grade 8 in bahrain. Since we approch for a family insurance , in medical condition query we have report the previous history about NEC. Now they are asking present health staus trough a medical certificate. So my question is how i can get a medical certificate on this mentioning current health status.
