Availability of Nebulizer masks at all institutions of ministry of health..

MOH confirms that there is no shortage in Nebulizer masks at health centers and hospitals, as the storages of MOH are fully stocked with this device that comes in different sizes  to fit  adults and children and the ministry gets supplies of them in a regular bases before they even get out of stock, and they are regularly delivered to all facilities of MOH. Hereby it threatens to sue anyone spreading rumors andfalsified news in this regard and will take legal action against employees showing negligence and tolerance regarding this matter, mainly night shift employees at health centers, for the publicity for such rumors affects the process of patients treatment and disturb citizens in general. 

MOH referred also to Penalty law, article (168) which states that anyone spreading rumors and falsified news or information intentionally, printed through the press, radio or recorded and publicized , aiming by doing this to disturb the national security, terrorize the public or cause harm to public health  to be fined an amount not exceeding 200 Bahraini Dinars and shall be sentenced to two years imprisonment. 

Article 169 also states that a punishment by imprisonment or a fine not exceeding 200 Bahraini Dinars shall be imposed upon any individual spreading falsified news through public means or counterfeited papers, intending by this action to disturb public peace and cause harm to the country’s financial trust. 

It also indicated that this action is considered an administrative violation( No. 32) under the laws and regulations of the civil service law, and it imposes a punishment of suspension without payment for 10 days or final dismissal.
