About MOH E-Services

The reverend government of the kingdom of Bahrain looks forward to keep pace with rapid developments in the field of Information Technologies and Communications to invest it for citizen’s best interest in regard to providing them with various health services.

The development of health services is happening in cooperation with E-government and in accordance with Bahrain Economic Vision 2030 and its principles that are based on Sustainability, Competitiveness and Justice, and it works for the best interest of individuals as this system determines the quality of someone’s life and how active they are in society, as well as their access to health services and the quality of the services they get.

The Ministry of Health developed an integrated National Health system that serves all citizens and residents of the kingdom is considered a great accomplishment that copes with latest international health technologies. I-Seha is one of the major health projects implemented in the last couple of years in accordance with the highest international standards, as this program encompasses an integrated health system offering Patient Electronic Health Record of all citizens and residents in the kingdom.

As part of MOH’s commitment to implementing competitive projects and initiatives to enhance the quality of health services, the Ministry of Health launched many services including: Health centers and SMC online appointments e-service, Online Registration to Select Family Physician, ask a doctor eservice and patients information, check your blood type, radiology results.

Other services also include: MoH NHRA Tracking System, Primary Health Dashboard, Physicians Exams, Medical Certificate Verification in addition to Suggestions and Complaints. And these services are available for all patients, citizens and residents, of primary, secondary & tertiary services, school students, health sector staff and health service providers.
