Contact Tracing Highlights
- Cluster 160371: A cluster of 24 positive cases from 4 different households was identified to be associated with a family-gathering following contact tracing of a symptomatic 33-year-old female citizen. The cases detected include the index case’s sons, mother-in-law, sisters-in-law, children, and a domestic helper.
- Cluster 152507: A symptomatic 48-year-old male expatriate revealed 5 work-related cases of primary infections and 10 work-related cases of secondary infections from 2 different accommodation units.
- Cluster 149235: Contact tracing of a symptomatic 23-year-old female citizen revealed 9 family-related positive cases from 2 different households. The cases detected include the index case’s daughters, mother-in-law, her husband’s nieces, nephews, and other relatives who had direct contact with the index case.
- Cluster 162208: A cluster of 33 cases from 4 different households associated with a family-gathering was identified after a 5-year-old symptomatic male citizen tested positive. From the 33 positive cases, 26 were gathered while 7 are cases of secondary infections.
- Cluster 152735: Contact tracing of a symptomatic 65-year-old female citizen revealed 9 positive cases of primary infections from a single-household, spanning to include the index case’s husband, daughters and grandchildren.
- Cluster 157675: A 25-year-old female citizen who tested positive after developing symptoms revealed 11 family-related positive cases from 6 households, all of whom had direct contact with the index case. Cases include the index case’s mother, siblings, sister-in-law, nieces and nephews.
