Clinics in Mina and Arafat Efficiently Handled Health Cases - Head of the Medical Committee of the Kingdom of Bahrain’s Hajj Mission: Immediate and Comprehensive Healthcare Provided to Ensure Pilgrims’ Safety Throughout the Rituals

Dr. Ibrahim Farouk Obaid, Head of the Medical Committee of the Kingdom of Bahrain’s Hajj Mission, affirmed that the mission’s clinics in Mina and Arafat dealt efficiently with the health cases they received. Urgent medical care was provided as part of an integrated system aimed at ensuring the safety and comfort of pilgrims during the performance of Hajj rituals. He explained that the Mina clinic received a number of cases ranging from heat exhaustion, fatigue, high blood pressure, and other health symptoms, all of which were promptly addressed thanks to the readiness of the medical teams and the clinic’s equipment. He added that the Arafat clinic provided care to several Bahraini pilgrims who experienced fatigue, with the medical teams offering close monitoring and appropriate treatment, enabling the pilgrims to continue their rituals in comfort and safety. The Head of the Medical Committee praised the strong cooperation and logistical support provided by the Ministry of Health in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and other concerned authorities, which contributed to the Bahraini medical teams performing their duties smoothly and efficiently. He also confirmed that the mission continues to monitor the health status of all Bahraini pilgrims around the clock in coordination with the field medical teams. Dr. Obaid emphasized the committee’s commitment to providing the best possible healthcare for the pilgrims at all stages of the Hajj, asking God to accept their pilgrimage and grant them safety and well-being.
