Health Minister hails HRH Crown Prince’s support

Health Minister Faeqa bint Said Al-Saleh hailed the visit of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister to the BDF Hospital temporary Intensive Care Unit (ICU), the Ebrahim Khalil Kanoo Medical Centre used for isolation and treatment in the Salmaniya area, and the Public Health Laboratory within the Ministry of Health .

She praised HRH the Crown Prince’s keenness on supporting and encouraging the medical and health staff, in recognition of their strenuous efforts and dedication to combat the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).

On behalf of the ministry’s personnel and medical staff, she extended deepest thanks to HRH the Crown Prince, hailing his initiatives and stances in support of those standing on the front-line and combating the pandemic.

“Such steps will surely have a positive impact and serve as a catalyst for the medical and health staff to continue exerting all efforts”, said the minister, describing the drive as a national duty to protect citizens and residents’ health and safety.
