SCH President highlights Bahrain health system

Supreme Council of Health (SCH) President Dr. Shaikh Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Khalifa received World Health Organization (WHO) Eastern Mediterranean Regional Director Dr. Ahmed Al Mandhari.
  
Health Minister Dr. Jaleela S.Jawad Hasan was present.
 
The president affirmed the keenness of the Kingdom under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the interest of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister for providing best health services to citizens and residents.
 
He praised the role of the organization in achieving success in implementing prominent joint health projects.
  
The meeting discussed topics of common interest and local, regional and global developments in terms of efforts to address COVID-19.
  
Dr. Al Mandhari praised the Kingdom’s efforts, led by HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, and the efforts of the National Medical Team to address COVID-19 and the undertaken achievements within Bahrain’s health system.
