Within the framework of government efforts to develop service quality and re-engineer procedures, the Ministry of Health has developed the "Authorization Service for Electronic Health Services." This upgraded digital service enables authorized individuals to obtain electronic delegation from commercial registration (CR) holders through the electronic system. This allows them to submit transaction requests and required services to the Ministry of Health on behalf of CR holders, contributing to streamlined procedures, enhanced efficiency in transaction completion, and an integrated digital experience for beneficiaries.
Under the developed service, the processing time has been reduced from 10 working days to an immediate and automated procedure, through 100% digital transformation. Additionally, the application steps have been cut down to just 3 steps, the requirement for any documents from the service provider has been eliminated, and required approvals have been reduced by at least 25%. This is alongside improving existing systems, developing the user interface and experience (UI/UX), and unifying the published service information across various channels, which enhances accessibility and ensures a more efficient and seamless experience for beneficiaries.
