Minister of Health Receives Ambassador-Designate of Ukraine to the Kingdom of Bahrain

H.E. Dr. Jaleela bint Al-Sayed Jawad Hassan, Minister of Health, received H.E. Dr. Oleksandr Balanutsa, Ambassador-Designate of Ukraine to the Kingdom of Bahrain, residing in Abu Dhabi.

At the outset of the meeting, H.E. the Minister of Health welcomed the Ambassador, underscoring the importance of continuing to strengthen bilateral cooperation between the Kingdom of Bahrain and Ukraine, particularly in the healthcare sector. She highlighted the role of such cooperation in facilitating the exchange of expertise and successful experiences, and in supporting efforts to further develop and advance the healthcare sectors in both countries.

The meeting also addressed a number of issues of mutual interest and explored ways to enhance cooperation between the two sides in a manner that strengthens the health partnership and serves their shared interests.

For his part, H.E. Dr. Oleksandr Balanutsa expressed his appreciation for the continued development of Bahrain-Ukraine relations, affirming his commitment to further efforts to strengthen areas of mutual cooperation in support of the common interests and objectives of the two countries and their friendly peoples.
