Minister of Health Chairs the Fifth Meeting of the National Taskforce for Communicable Disease Control

Her Excellency Dr. Jaleela bint Al-Sayed Jawad Hassan, Minister of Health, chaired the fifth meeting of the National Taskforce for Communicable Disease Control, attended by members of the taskforce representing the relevant entities.
The Minister emphasized the importance of continuing to strengthen and coordinate national efforts in communicable disease surveillance and control. She highlighted the commitment to monitoring and further developing preventive and precautionary plans, as well as updating health programmes and policies in line with emerging developments, thereby enhancing health security in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The meeting also reviewed the efforts undertaken to limit the spread of communicable diseases and protect the health and safety of community members.
