Minister of Health: Bahraini Doctors Embody Humanitarian Dedication and Are a Cornerstone of Advancing Healthcare Services

Her Excellency Dr. Jaleela bint Al-Sayed Jawad Hassan, Minister of Health, affirmed that Bahraini Doctor Day is a national occasion to celebrate the contributions of Bahraini doctors and recognise their humanitarian and professional role in safeguarding community health and enhancing the quality of healthcare services. She praised their competence, dedication and commitment to fulfilling their noble humanitarian mission.

Her Excellency noted that the progress witnessed by the healthcare sector reflects the support and care it receives from His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the King of the Kingdom of Bahrain, may God protect him, and the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, may God protect him. She emphasised the importance of continuing to invest in and empower national medical talent, while providing an encouraging professional environment that supports excellence and innovation.

She added that Bahraini doctors continue to contribute to the development of the healthcare system through their participation in national initiatives, the advancement of scientific research and continuing medical education, and the adoption of modern technologies, thereby supporting the efficiency and sustainability of healthcare services.

The Minister of Health commended the efforts of Bahraini doctors across various government and private healthcare institutions, affirming that their continued dedication reflects the values of humanitarian responsibility and national belonging, and contributes to the ongoing development of the healthcare system and the enhancement of service quality in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
