The nursing staff at the health centers perform a number of therapeutic services to patients including:

• Therapeutic injections and vaccination
• Oral medicines
• Heart resuscitation
• Electrocardiogram
• Managing airway and breathing
• Ear wash
• Nose bleeding
• Inserting a feeding tube
• Urgent blood and urine tests and vital signs
• Wound care
• Eye washing
• vision and ocular pressure examination
• Assisting in basic surgical procedures such as circumcision
• Ear piercing
• Intrauterine device insertion
• Insertion of urinary catheters
