In specific cases, such as when dealing with large quantities, this service provides a certificate issued by the Ministry of Health confirming that damaged, expired, or rejected food products have been safely destroyed under its direct supervision. The certificate affirms that the destruction process was carried out in full compliance with the standards and procedures approved in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
- Request letter from owner to add reason for destruction
- list of items for destruction with quantities
Products must be damaged, expired, or rejected and destruction must be supervised by MOH
