Description

Asthma is a chronic disease that affects the airways of the lungs, resulting from inflammation and narrowing of the respiratory passages, which prevents the airflow to the airways, leading to repeated episodes of shortness of breath with wheezing (chest hyperventilation) accompanied by coughing and sputum after exposure to inhaling substances that cause irritation of the respiratory system. These attacks vary in severity and frequency from person to person

Causes

Some studies have shown that the cause is due to genetic factors or environmental factors such as environmental pollution, air pollution, factory smoke and car exhaust.

- Hold the device in straight way
- Inhale air from the device in conjunction with the breathing time
- Breathe deeply
- Hold your breath longer
- Do not take more than a puff continuously, but wait between them and do not move the device between the puffs

- Follow up with your family doctor instruction.
- Do not dispense medicines on your own or buy them from the pharmacy without consulting your doctor .
