The Kingdom of Bahrain participates in the celebration of World Lung Cancer Awareness Day, observed on the first of August each year. This day aims to increase awareness about lung cancer, reduce related deaths, support research efforts to find treatments, educate those at risk of lung cancer, and raise awareness about the dangers of smoking.
