The ministry of Health is keen on providing health services to all citizens and residents with no exceptions through adopting the best practices and accredited international standards and it works hard for satisfying all citizens and residents about health field in the kingdom. The Department of Communication of the Ministry of Health monitors and examines the views and observations of the public in the Kingdom of Bahrain on health services through a variety of means, such as questionnaires to measure a particular health issue or problem, as it also monitors people’s comments on social media, local newspaper and Radio and TV programs and highlights specific topics to know the public’s opinion about them, then work on setting clear plans and strategies to gain the public’s satisfaction about certain health topics of high importance and interest to the society.

MOH works also on measuring people’s satisfaction about provided health services , in terms of quality Emergency response speed or outer clinics, pharmacies and appointments and works accordingly to come up with new systems and procedures to elevate health services. Following the directives of the wise leadership in the kingdom of Bahrain MOH puts the citizens on top of its priorities.
